Founder & Managing Director

N V Nagesh founded Vertex Engineers Pvt. Ltd. in 1999. He wanted to align and integrate the Best-In-Class EPC Systems.

Today, under his leadership, Vertex is a Turnkey, High-End EPC System Solutions provider. The company provides a broad range of expertise in Design, Engineering, Procurement, Fabrication, Integration, and Commissioning of High-End EPC Projects.

He received a Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Industrial & Production Engineering from National Institute of Engineering, Mysore.

Rahul N Nesargi

Director

Rahul serves in expanding the company’s outreach and footprint by devising new Marketing & Sales strategies. He maintains uninterrupted contact with existing and potential clients.

Prior to joining Vertex, Rahul worked as a Design Engineer in Bharat Fritz Werner Ltd. Rahul received a Bachelor of Technology Degree in Mechanical Engineering from PES University.

Dr.Srinivasan Bharath

Head – Engineering & Business Development

Bharath leads the Engineering & Business Development activities for the Company. He is responsible for Feed, Basic, and Detail Engineering activities & trouble shooting during Integration, and Commissioning.

Previously, he worked as Project Manager in Zentech Incorporated, Houston, Texas, USA where his responsibilities included Design & Construction activities related to Offshore Drill Ships, Semi-Submersibles, and Sub-Sea Pipelines.

He has over 30 years of Design & Construction experience in Offshore Oil & Gas and Deep-Water Projects. He was also responsible for developing the Sub-Sea Engineering Division in L&T. He received his PhD. & Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from IIT, Delhi.

C G Ravishankar

Head – Procurement and Planning

Ravishankar serves as Head of Procurement and Planning, for Vertex. He looks after the day to day activities involving Procurement, Planning, and Engineering services. With the company since 2006, Ravishankar has managed critical systems specifically for R&D facilities.

Prior joining Vertex, Ravishankar worked as a Commissioning Engineer at M/S Mysore Kirloskar Ltd. from 1986 – 1991. He then served as Deputy Manager for Application & Sales at M/S Lincoln Helios India Ltd. He has over 30 years of experience in the Manufacture, Integration, and Commissioning of Special Purpose Mechanical Skids.

Ravishankar received his Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Mechanical Engineering from SDM College, Dharwad.
